Implementing a Comprehensive School Counseling program begins with planning and intentional practices. This 1-hour workshop focuses on how developing a plan can lead to meeting program goals. We examine how to utilize technology to assist with developing a Year at a Glance School Counseling Calendar and a teaching calendar focused on delivering classroom lessons and small groups. We will also discuss technology can be integrated in all areas of a program and examine how to utilize technology to develop tools to gather and analyze student data. The goal of a Comprehensive School Counseling Approach is to understand that if you don't plan your plan, someone else will plan it for you!
This workshop can be expanded to 1 to 3 hours.

This 3-hour workshop was designed for school counselors in the Ferguson-Florissant School District to support their comprehensive school counseling program and to examine how they might best implement technology within the program.
